Pandemic is really over for the first international brand hotel in Puerto Princesa City, the Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel who shut down its operations three years ago as pandemic strikes.
Last March 29, they reopen its doors and declare that they are now back in business, all their 120 rooms are now so ready to welcome guests and tourists of the City and the province of Palawan.
Top notch local leaders of the City and province is present during its re-opening program last March 29, such as Palawan 3rd District Rep. Edward Hagedorn, Palawan Governor Dennis Socrates and City Mayor Lucilo Bayron.
Engr. Danilo Tamayo, chairman of DataLand, Inc. lead the re-opening ceremony.

The pandemic has caused a lot halt in many activities, especially in creating beautiful memories with family and being one with the nature, but now we are back with full force, to serve our restless population, eager to explore the beauty of Palawan once again. Tamayo said in his speech.
Mayor Bayron welcome the return of Best Western Plus The Ivywall, he said it is a big opportunity in terms of the economy of the City, aside from the tax it will also help in terms of local employment.
The said hotel started its operation in 2016, as present they employ 135 employees.
“As we open our doors, we assure you that we will continue to provide excellent services to our guest, who seek great lifelong memories that they will enjoy, our hotel will be at the forefront, oversee that guest get best hospitality that Palawan, a paradise can offer, we are truly excited to be back, we are back in business.” Tamayo added.
