Neighbors Nomads, located at the El Nido Town Square, just celebrated its first anniversary. As pioneers of the co-working concept in El Nido, they cater to locals and long-term tourists looking to seamlessly blend work and vacation.

Over the past year, the space has hosted more than 2,000 digital nomads and remote professionals. This influx has significantly boosted the local economy and tourism, mirroring the success of established global nomad hubs like Thailand and Bali, Indonesia.

As the first business of its kind in El Nido, Neighbors Nomads has gone above and beyond to eliminate the typical infrastructure challenges remote workers face in tropical destinations:

Reliable Connectivity: High-speed internet is guaranteed by three separate Wi-Fi providers: PLDT, Globe, and Starlink Business.

Uninterrupted Power: A dedicated backup generator at the Town Square ensures a virtually “zero-brownout” experience, saving you from sudden disconnects or interrupted work meetings.

Modern Facilities: The space can accommodates up to 40 people and features a dedicated conference room, alongside private call booths perfect for job interviews or online speaking engagements.

Premium Dining: They offer a highly recommended, wide array of menu selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The international-standard menu includes excellent vegan options, all prepared with strict food and water safety protocols.

“Unlike many co-working places, we are very serious in our F&B Offering, part of that is because that’s mine and Kate’s background, we did that in UK for many years, part of that is to give people really all-day experience, especially if your nomadic or remote worker, and you’re here for 2 to 3 months, Neighbors and Nomads can become your place to just hang out.” Stephen Philips, co-Owner.

They also champion a vibrant work-life balance. Their rooftop bar offers stunning panoramic views and serves as the perfect venue to unwind during the sunset—where their signature Spritz cocktails are an absolute must-try.

Neighbors Nomads is open 24/7. Walk-ins are welcome for short-term use, and they also offer all-inclusive packages that bundle productivity, accommodation, and local tours. Neighbors and Nomads is located at Townsquare, Hama Street, El Nido, Philippines, 5310.
