ABORLAN, PALAWAN — The local government of Aborlan officially introduced its newest tourism initiative, the Aborlan East Tour, during a launch event held on March 24. This curated travel package showcases a diverse array of attractions and destinations, now fully prepared to welcome visitors for day trips or extended overnight stays. Strategically located, these sites are only an hour’s drive from Puerto Princesa City, making them highly accessible for both domestic and international travelers.

Mayor Lito Tito emphasized that this launch is a core part of the municipality’s efforts to spotlight its local gems and draw global attention to the town’s potential. A key component of their strategy includes catering to the growing number of cruise ship tourists arriving in the provincial capital. By offering a mix of agricultural and cultural experiences, the local government hopes to establish Aborlan as a premier destination for those seeking an authentic Palawan experience.

The Aborlan East Tour features a comprehensive itinerary that highlights the region’s agricultural heritage and artistic talent. Featured stops include the Rodriguez Integrated Farm, Rooted Coffee and Cacao Farm, and the Hidden Grace Farm Stay, all located in Barangay Iraan. Travelers can also explore the Rooted Dairy Farm at Sitio Communal, witness traditional craftsmanship at Donbak Pottery, and relax at the Chilly Beach Resort in Barangay Magsaysay. The tour further incorporates educational and historical elements with a visit to the West Phil Farm at Western Philippines University and the Palawan Quincentennial Historical Marker.
